Lydiard Turkeys on the radio

In the Autumn of 2013 BBC Wiltshire’s morning show presenter Simeon Courtie got in touch with Lydiard Turkeys.  He wanted to follow a turkey from the farm to his plate, this was made all the more interesting because Sim describes himself as a vegetarian with loose morals, only eating meat on high days and holidays.  He was happy to eat turkey as long as he could see exactly how they are cared for and processed. So in the 6 weeks prior to Christmas that exactly what we did!
